Terms & conditions
Terms and conditions
This site is a showcase: no booking and no payment takes place here. The terms below govern services agreed directly between the parties.
Purpose
These terms govern the chauffeured transport, Meet & Greet and concierge services provided by Royal Twins in France and, on request, elsewhere in Europe.
Quotation and confirmation
Every assignment is covered by a named quotation. The booking is firm once we receive your written confirmation. Any change of programme is sent to us directly; the same chauffeur continues the assignment.
Payment
Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit card or cash, within the limits allowed by law. 50% of the amount is due on booking, the balance no later than 48 hours before the service. Payment in euros; bank charges are borne by the payer. Partners under contract are invoiced monthly, with a single invoice covering all of their clients.
Waiting time
For meet & greet at CDG and Orly, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting are included, counted from the aircraft's actual landing time. Waiting beyond that: after the 60 complimentary minutes, waiting is charged per started quarter hour: €17 E-Class, €20 V-Class, €24 S-Class and €32 Maybach, day or night. Flights are tracked in real time, so a flight delay does not trigger any charge as long as the wait after landing stays within the 60 complimentary minutes. If, at the end of these 60 minutes, the passenger has not appeared and has given no news, a no-show is recorded.
Cancellation
Transfers: full refund for any cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; less than 24 hours before, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount is due. Hourly hire and excursions: full refund for any cancellation up to 48 hours before the service begins; less than 48 hours before, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount is due.
